$ to pay BASS
The city of Kimberling, Missouri payes over $20,000.00 a year to bring a 'tour' event to Table Rock lake. Is it worth it? Every motel is full, the resturants are packed and the tackle stores sell out of any hot baits. All of the communities that the big events are at are paying big $ to host them. W...

DVL night tourney.
Thanks John, Mike, and Lynn for hosting a first class event. Also thank you for the kind words,as we made some timely adjustments after 11:00 to be able to catch the fish we did. The bite was tougher than expected, but Kyle was on his "A" game and stroked em pretty good once we figured out...

tax in LA county
The tax rate is 2% of the purchase price of your boat less the price of the trailer. It goes down 1/4% a year as the boat depreciates, untill it goes away. Price of playing poker I guess. Still it sucks. Rick G.

Diamond Valley
Kyle and I fished the final ABA DVL event of the year on Sunday and finished 2nd with 20.39 lbs. Our bite was very selective as we only caught 9 fish all day, but they were good DVL quality 4 lbrs. Better fish are in 20-30 ft, but the tourney was won by Kurt Hodges and George Fedor with 22.40 lbs an...

Hey Jim C.
First it was Viper, then Cobra, then Hawk, and now Legend. All of these boats molds were built by Champion boats founder John Storie. Same boats just different striping. Hoprfully Legend will not go BK like the other companies did. Lots of former dealers got burned for thousands of dollars in unpaid...

Hey Jim C.
First it was Viper, then Hawk, now Legend. Im glad you are lucky that you have never had a warranty claim, but Im sure there are plenty of the now bankrupt former companies owners not as lucky. Starting a boat company is very expensive and marketing against the big guys very expensive. Gary Yamamoto...

Pre-spawn bass and the CR are a perfect match. Also with the water going up every day the fish suspend and want something off the bottom. Thats why the long leader. Sorry no truck this weekend, Aaron is fishing FOCL this weekend. Rick G.

Carolina @ DVL
Robert you have to look at that lake like a typical San Diego lake. Which means a heavy sinker 3/4 to 1 1/2 oz , a clacker brass ring, a bead and then your swivel. Kyle and I use 20-15 lb main line and 6-12 lb flourocarbon leader depending on the water clarity and a pretty long leader, 4-5 feet. Mak...

for any customer, pro-staffer, or freind that gets his name slammed on any website. Mike Long is as UPSTANDING as they get, and is one of our sports biggest ambassadors. I think Gerry is cool, and he and Mike should talk so there is no more need to beat this subject into the ground. Hopefully there ...
