I'm by no means an expert on Camanche or any other lake however in my opinion I would say you were fishing to shallow for this time of year. I would say move out to 40'-60' and fish slow moving baits, jigs, C-rig or Texas rigs in those depth.

My first boat was an 89 Stratos 201 Pro with the same motor. Great boat, the 200 GT is a great engine however loves to drink gas. Will, sounds wierd however check out Caterpillar batteries. You can get the starting battery # 175-4390 for around $135; 1000 CCA and the TM battery $128, group 31 #175-4370. There in Stockton on West Charter way. Hard to beat the price on the 1000 cca battery. Hope this info helps.
