Try a soft restart, and if that doesn't work a hard restart. Also remove any mapping cards if you have them in. The hard restart will delete all of your data. Hope it works!

For Senkos, I have been using the Dobyns Savvy 734 for the last year. I throw a lot of the 7 inch and it has the right power and sensitivity to get the job done. Really versatile rod too, if you want something to use for multiple applications! You do realize that this is the Shimano product forum r...

Re: New Curado for 2014?
Thanks Drew. Good review. A quote from that review: "The concern about the new Curado G was that instead of sharing the look and feel of a higher end series it suddenly became the twin of the more affordable Caenan, albeit with an aluminum frame instead of graphite." I think you misread it...

The G's are the same as the previous Citica's. The E's are the same as the current Chronarch E's. I don't think so. The "E's" are all the same frame (curado, chronarch, and citica). The "G's" are a completely different frame. I have a both citica and curado E's and they are great...

New Curado for 2014?
I have seen lots of discounted Curado G's out there and was told there is going to be a new Curado replacing it. Anyone know whats coming and when? If I had known the G was going to be a step down from the E I would have picked a couple more E's up before they went away. I was a big fan on the E ser...

Re: best options for thru hull transducer
I believe the SS ducer CAN read the temp. There is a way to put that as your default in your settings.
Then you set the overlay data to show that temp.
If you get the ducer with the remote temp gauge it needs to be mounted outside the hull.

Last season they did a 2 day event. It was an afternoon blast off day one, and a first light blast off day two. I would assume they are going to do a similar(2 day) format.

Depends on how much you want to spend?
The Okuma 7'11" Heavy guide select will do a darn good job.
Dobyns 764 as mentioned is a great rod. I also like the 795MLSB.

Not sure what size jigs or t-rigs your throwing, but a dobyns champion 705c is a darn good rod for both techniques. It's considered extra heavy which may help you hook up. I have one and like it. Spooled with 15lb floro it is a versital stick.

I think the easiest thing to do would be for them to share a ducer IF they were the same brand. Transducers do interfere with each other and it seems to get worse in deeper water. Different brands may be ok. If you had the same brand they say to adjust the ping speeds to different speeds to help wit...
